Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate recordkeeping
- Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans
- Provide guidance and support to managers on HR policies and procedures
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints or misconduct allegations
- Develop and deliver HR training programs for employees and managers
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights for decision-making
- Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Workday, ATS (Applicant Tracking System), ADP, Oracle, Ceridian, or PeopleSoft
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience in budgeting and financial management

Schedule:
-8 hour shift

-Monday to Friday
Requirements:
-Ability to commute/relocate:Dieppe, NB E1A 8K2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
-Education: Bachelor's Degree (preferred), CPHR Certificate
-Experience: Human resources: 3-5 years (required)
-Language: English and French (required)
-Work Location: In person
