HR Generalist

Job Duties:

- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries

- Conduct interviews, new employee onboarding and orientation sessions

- Assist with recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews

- Coordinate employee training and development programs

- Maintain compliance with federal, provincial, and local employment laws and regulations

- Assist with employee relations issues and investigations

- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures

- Provide general administrative support to the HR department

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred

- 2+ years of experience in a Human Resources role

- Strong knowledge of recruiting processes and systems

- Proficiency in HRIS systems and software

- Familiarity with labour laws, regulations and safety protocols

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Schedule:

-8 hour shift

-Day shift

-Monday to Friday

Requirements:

-Ability to commute/relocate: Dieppe, NB E1A 8K2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

-Education: Secondary School (required), HR certificate,

-Experience: 1-3 years 

-Language: English (required) and French (required)
